What is DISC?

DISC analyses an individual's behavioural style. It is a tool to measure “how” a person does things.

Behavioural style refers to the behaviour and performance that a person exhibits. A simple assessment can be completed online in just 15 minutes, after which participants receive a detailed and reliable report. Reports can help people understand their behaviour style, communication patterns, strengths, potential challenges, career orientation and value to the team, etc...

TTI routinely solicits third parties to determine the reliability and efficacy of its tools. Analysis was performed using Cronbach's alpha calculation, and a Cronbach's alpha score of 0.70 or higher was considered very reliable. The average reliability of TTI-DISC was 0.87.
